Sing Tam Lee, CPC, CPMA

Sing and her Team defines the compliance program structure, educational requirements, reporting, and complaint mechanisms, response and correction procedures and compliance expectations for all personnel and contractors. Sing spearheads the development, implementation and evaluation of enterprise-wide regulatory compliance activities for company programs and programs of its partners and affiliates. Sing manages the working relationships with CMS and is responsible for developing, managing and communicating internal subject matter expertise regarding regulatory and contractual requirements as well as providing consultation to internal staff, leadership, and other partner organizations.

Carrie Smith is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with extensive experience auditing medical records and claims.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Validation of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
  • Regulatory billing compliance with research and interpretation of State and Federal guidelines
  • Data mining and record analysis for medical billing fraud, waste, and abuse

Natalie Alaburda is a professional technical writer and editor. She is a communicator of data, manuals, instructional documentation, how-to guides, articles, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information. She has over twenty five years of experience in grant writing and quality assurance, as well as state and federally regulated documentation. Over the course of her career she has established comprehensive training programs which enabled cross-training and development of communication for various biotech companies. Natalie has a successful reputation for delivering best practice strategies and cost savings.

She resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ms. Brownson comes to Levos Group with 10+ years of experience as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). She is currently working in the Health Insurance sector, with expertise in utilization management/prior authorization review, compliance and auditing, and customer service. She is also the co-coordinator of a member-based diabetic medication compliance program. Her previous experience was in retail pharmacy. She is eager to help guide clients through the rapidly changing pharmaceutical industry.

Brenda has combined her ingrained tendency to be a rule follower with her passion for helping others to bring a unique perspective to health care regulation and administration. She has an extensive background (a decade each) in direct care of children in health care settings as well as in health insurance administration, including regulatory compliance and risk management. Through her education and experience, Brenda has become a true specialist in both Medicaid and privacy regulations. 

Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, Brenda’s early and ongoing education involved learning about and integration of Native Alaskans’ history and practices; Brenda views this education as having been key in sparking her awareness and desire to help others, particularly those who are underrepresented. This, along with her naturally empathetic nature, has helped develop Brenda’s keen attention to building understanding and connection with underrepresented groups as well as an ongoing interest ensuring that past mistakes are not repeated.  

Brenda currently lives with her partner in Portland, Oregon, where she enjoys the “reasonable” amount of rain, as compared to the rainforest of Juneau. She enjoys crafts, video games, and cuddling her extremely adorable cat in her downtime.
